Van Sales Executive

We are expanding our sales operation here at Monaghan Bros. With this expanding market ambition, we are recruiting a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive and 4x4 Sales Executive to help retain customers, and new customers.

Job Purpose:

Working within our team, you will be generating commercial vehicle orders from new and existing customers including outward prospecting, and networking in the local area. Readying and preparing our displays to the highest possible standard, and working towards predefined goals and objectives, along with a team of sales people with decades of experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•         Prospecting Local Businesses for new sales via phone and on-site visits.
•          Researching the local area for networking opportunities
•          Customer Relationship Management with our database of existing customers.
•          Assisting with customer enquiries from manufacturer generated leads.
•          Processing orders, and liaising with our Business Manager to finance on behalf of the customer.
•          Organising fitment with various suppliers and supply chains for conversion, and accessories.
•          Maintaining dealership display standards.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will be experienced in van sales.  The person we are looking for needs be proactive, to work with pride, passion, and be always striving for the best both for us and the customer. Delivering traditional family business values with a modern progressive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required (Must's):

•          Ability to speak to people from all walks of life.
•          Ability to pick up highly technical specifications of commercial vehicles
•          Someone who is highly organised.
•          Being able to actively listen to both instructions, and requirements from colleagues and customers alike.
•          You must be computer literate and will require strong organisational and administrative skills.
•          Understanding of modern finance derivatives.
•          We will require a current valid driving licence.
